The Human Resource and Minority Affairs Department of Punjab Government is offering scholarships for minority students. This scholarship is for students from Matric to PhD level. Minority students who are studying in schools colleges or universities can apply. The government will provide a fixed amount of money every year to selected students. The last date to apply is April 19 2025.
Students in professional undergraduate and PhD programs will get PKR 100000 every year. Students in postgraduate programs like MA MSc MS and MPhil will get PKR 70000 per year. Students must submit applications to the R&I Branch of the Human Resource and Minority Affairs Department Punjab Government.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minority students who study in government schools colleges or universities can apply.
- Students must be studying in Punjab government institutions or Federal government institutions in Punjab.
- The student must have a Punjab domicile.
- Students must have at least 50% marks in their last exams.
- The total family income should not be more than PKR 59600 per month.
How to Apply
- Students must fill out the application form and send it before April 19 2025.
- The form is available on the HRMA website.
- All educational certificates must be attested by a grade 17 officer.
- Students must attach copies of degrees result cards or equivalence certificates.
- A copy of the student’s and father’s CNIC must be attached.
- A copy of the student’s domicile must be provided.
- Three passport-size photos should be included.
- The examination controller or department head must issue a certificate showing marks or percentage.
- An income certificate signed by a gazetted officer must be included.
