How to Apply?
The selection process has 6 steps:
- Online Test – Women will give a test to check their skills.
- Merit-Based Selection – Women will be chosen based on their test scores.
- Free Laptop & Internet – Selected women will get free equipment.
- Online Classes – 6-month training with 480 hours of learning.
- Online Assessment & Certificate – Women must pass tests to get a certificate.
- Career Support – Mentors will guide women in freelancing and online jobs.

Program Policies
- Women must have 80% attendance to get a stipend.
- Stipend rules:
- PKR 5000 per month for 50%+ test scores.
- PKR 2500 per month for scores below 50% (with attendance).
- No stipend for below 80% attendance.
- Women must return equipment if they do not complete the program.
- They must complete all training and assignments.
